Refund policy

Damaged items must be reported to info@kingbboxers.com within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Please title your email with your Full Name and Order Number.
  • Clear Pictures of the damaged product AND a Brief Description must be included in the email.
  • If the Product is Soiled or Used, it WILL NOT be Accepted for a Refund.
  • Once the damaged product is returned to the warehouse, items will be replaced immediately OR a refund equaling the cost of the damaged product will be issued to the customer's original method of payment.
